Sébastien Hinderer, a Senior Software Engineer, is dedicated to enhancing accessibility and is uniquely positioned as a born-blind individual. With a PhD in natural language processing, he is actively engaged in multiple nonprofit organizations and contributes to various projects. His enthusiasm for exploring innovative solutions that empower the visually impaired community is evident. Playing a pivotal role in the team, Sébastien embraces with the team a co-design methodology to articulate the device’s functionalities. His insights are instrumental in refining the system’s performance by actively participating in the deliberations around technological choices.
